Probably..I'm not sure..ut give it a shot! get the medical letter from your step son's doctor and write a letter to talk about and explain the medical emergency.

I hope your step son will recover soon.

It may depend on what the operation is for. You should also be prepared to show that either your stepson is covered on your medical or that you have the funds to pay for the expected procedure to preclude his becoming a public charge. Also that may work better for the step son than for his mother.

This will not be over quickly. You will not enjoy this.

Does the USCIS accept copies of the expedite documents or the original ones ?

Do you think surgery of my step son can be a good expedite reason ?

"You (actually your wife - petitioner) might include that your wife has 4 children and she is alone in the U.S, finding difficult to take care them with her job if any. Now the surgery of the child puts her in deep trouble. So you being with her will reduce her stress to manage the family" - Got it ;) Also, add any other points you think!
