do i still need to obtain a police clearance?

Hi! I need some advice because my fiance is back in the Philippines now after working in Saudi Arabia for 11 months. The problem is she is having a hard time getting a police clearance from Saudi Arabia which she might need on her interview. She asked some of the employees in the DFA (Department of Foreign Affairs) that does the processing of such documents in other countries and they said all they do is pass the documents but they dont have any assurance that she will get any response from Saudi. What should I do? It might take months just waiting for the police clearance or she even might not get one. I asked some people and they said that u have to apply in Saudi personally to get one which she cant because her working visa in saudi is expired. Help me out here pls. thanks

If she has lived there for more than 6 months she needs the clearance and if she doesn't have it that will hold up the visa being issued until she gets it.

Saudi doesn't grant police clearances to third country residents after they have exited Saudi Arabia.
