13-30 buisness days from receipt. This isn't standard and actual time depends on the work load that NVC is dealing with at the time your packet is delivered.

hi friends,thanx for urs help and suggestion.i have sent my DS-230 form to NVC 25 days ago.they not send any kind of information yet.i am waiting for my DS-230 approval letter.HOw much will be the processing time for DS-230 approval.

The process and NVC contact are in my signature. Please call at NVC# and listen to the AVR. Also talk to the NVC live operator. It is hard to get them, so try many times.

Don't wait for them to do anything. Call them and be proactive. Call early in the AM if you can for best results and speak to an operator as often as possible

Waiting for NVC to get to you will cost your case time

25 days ago means it is only 3.5 weeks. It is possible your forms are still not processed completely.

Even if your DS-230 is processed by the NVC, they will not notify you of that action.

The NVC only notifies you of a few things: designate choice of agent, payment required for IV and AOS, RFE for unsubmitted forms or incomplete/incorrect packet submission, and finally the interview appointment.

Technically speaking, they don't actually notify you that the AOS or the DS-230 has been processed.

CR-1 Visa Was Approved :-)

Entry Date to USA: 2/3/2011

12-10-2012 - Sent off I-751 packet visa USPS

I751 Was approved - 10 Year GC was granted

N-400 Progress

4/10/2014: Package Mailed
4/11/2014: Package Received
4/14/2014: Notice Date
x/x/2014: Biometrics appointment
