The most interesting thing about the question is that it asked if Jewish law and Sharia are the same, not if they are identical, The same could mean that they both have dietary laws, laws about marriage and family, about dress, etc.. The are both legalistic faiths; they have that in common.
"same" is generally inferred to mean "identical", NOT "similar"....so, I'll infer that you've already conceded on that one.

No concession offered or intended. Same in what way? It's not to be assumed that their laws or the same, but their are things about them that are the same. Some laws in the Sharia come from the Talmud.

I have noticed your particular interest in venn diagrams as you've posted about them multiple times today. Might I suggest that VJ is not the proper place to seek information about this. This is an immigration website. You should search for a forum that will meet your needs.
