Just had my interview this September and they only asked for DS forms: DS156, DS157 and DS157K.

Maybe it depends with the appointment letter you will receive and will inform you what forms to use.

Good luck! :)

DS-160 does not apply to K1/K2 visa applicants.

This is confirmed through the US Department of State website:

Two (2) Nonimmigrant Visa Applications, Form DS-156 (prepared in duplicate). NOTE: K-1/K-2 visa applicants should not fill in Form DS-160, Online Nonimmigrant Visa Application.

and the K1/K2 visa instructions of the US Embassy Manila:

DS 160 is the same as DS 156 DS 157 DS157K basically.

Just to give you a bit of info on what it is, I used it in canada, its an online form filled out the same info as the ones mentioned above, the only difference is that you have to upload a picture and it prints a unique barcode. It made no difference at the interview for me when I had it, they just asked through the window for the DS-160 copy and confirmation page that was all.

But as the others said its not needed in phils I guess =)
