VietNamNet Bridge – Hymen-mending services are available at many private clinics in Hanoi. After 30 minutes, virginity can return.

Buying virginity

After police uncovered a network that “sells” hymens to businessmen, VietNamNet investigated “hymen-mending services” in Hanoi.

Before the investigation, we heard many stories that women who couldn’t keep their virginity before marriage went to clinics to “regain” their virginity.

Travelling for over one week in Hanoi, we found around ten beauty salons and private clinics that offered hymen-mending services.

Playing the role of girls who accidentally lost their virginity, we learnt of this special service at several private clinics on the way to the Hanoi Obstetrics Hospital.

“Doctor, I fell off my motorbike. I heard that you have hymen-mending services?” After a shy question, I was warmly welcomed at most private

clinics. Then there were several questions to verify whether I had lost my virginity and wanted to mend it or not. I was invited into a closed room for a discussion.

After I was examined and questioned, it turned out that these clinics didn’t directly provide this service but acted as “brokers”.

“Your case is complicated. My clinic doesn’t have sufficient equipment so I would like to recommend a reputed address for you,” doctors said.

Beauty salons and private clinics directed us to various addresses that have hymen-mending services.

According to some beauty salons and private clinics, more and more women want this service done. The price for this service is different. At big

and reputed beauty salons, it is around VND10 million ($500)/case, from VND3-5 million ($180-300) at other beauty salons and only VND2 million

($120) at some private obstetric clinics. The difference of price originates from the difference of equipment and skills applied at these units.

We got an appointment for hymen-mending at 8pm at a private clinic in an alley off Hoang Quoc Viet road.

“This surgery is very simple but I have to carefully examine you to prevent infection. You hymen is holed but don’t be afraid, I’ll help mend it for

you. I’ve conducted many cases like this so please set your mind at rest!” said the doctor.

Counterfeit virginity

According to obstetricians, hymen-mending is a simple minor surgery. Each surgery takes around 30 minutes.

A doctor at the Embryo Technology Centre said in the past, when this service was not popular, doctors used frog’s peritoneum in hymen-mending.

As this service is considered a plastic surgery, many measures are applied, such as using the patient’s skin or skin of others and more modernly,

using embryo-transplant technique. These new techniques ensure quality while they are simple and cheap.

One month after being mended, the hymen will be as good as new.

The service is not only used by women who want to become virgins again but also prostitutes to cheat rich playboys.

After all, prostitutes can earn a lot of money with this procedure.

Ha! Sooooooo punny! :P

But that makes me think-frog noises coming from that region could be a little off-putting.

maybe the frog skin will make it finer than frog hairs.

How do you accidentally lose your virginity?

tampax_truth_advertising.jpg

Don't just open your mouth and prove yourself a fool....put it in writing.

It gets harder the more you know. Because the more you find out, the uglier everything seems.
