K1 approved in June. Went to US and was married in July. Filed for AOS end of July and everything going well. Had a family emergency (parent very ill) back in Ireland and left US with AOS still outstanding. Silly decision, but the news came and went back. Parent much better now and am looking to return to my wife. What are my options????

Mark,

Have your wife submit an I-130 petition for you. Then your options are an immigrant visa or a K3 visa (K3 is not the only choice, despite what some other posters have said.)

yelofkram,

It hasn't already been approved.

Same form, but new case and different circumstances.

Thanks everyone. That's what I feared. Reading on the K3 process it says that once the I-130 is filed I have to submit I-129F. Does this apply if this has already been approved.

Thanks again,
