I called NVC yesterday. After 1 hour waiting, I could speak with someone...

I asked about by process and I explained about my 3 approved proccess at USCIS. He only asked about by wife's NVC#, pettioner name and date of birth, benneficiary and date of birth, and after saw at the system, he said that my children are related as my wife's dependents. It was generated only one NVC# for all, but the IV Fee Bill ($404,00) it would be paid for 3, total $1212.00 (what a pitty! :P )

So, yesterday, my wife has sent the DS-3032 by email to NVC, as VJ template (Thank you KaashParinda!). How long it takes to NVC process the DS-3032, sent by email?

Thank you all.

Wow, this is a big help to us.

Were you able to talk to a supervisor or just the ordinary operator?

How about the AOS, will it be necessary to pay 3 AOS or only 1 for all of your dependent?

thanks for this wonderful info.

I spoke with the ordinary operator, who was very polite.

About the AOS Fee, I will have to pay only one for all. Just the IV Fee ($404.00) that I will have to pay for each one. Total US$ 1212.00. Even when you access the OnLine Payment, you see the AOS fee and below the petitioners, with the IV fee disable, because I did not pay the AOS fee yet... :P

Luck for all of us!

Hello guys.

Today I got a huge surprise...I went to see my emails and then I see 2 messages from NVC: 2 NVC Case numbers, 1 for my son and another 1 to my daughter, with the $88,00 AOS fee.

When I called the operator, on monday, he said that the children were included in only one process. Detail: My wife got her NVC# in September 10 and my children September 23. Now I will have to call to NVC again and make a lot of questions, but only monday  ...

Whilst, at my wife's process, it already shows "Paid" for the AOS fee and I sent the AOS Receipt to my email (IV Fees still disabled). Now I don´t understand what I have to do, to follow my wife process. I will need your help....

Do I have to wait NVC send any package, about the Affidavit of Support, to me? Or do I have to start filling the I-864 form by myself, join the document cover sheet and send back to NVC?

I think I will continue my wife process, with the children included in her process, and when NVC enable the IV fee ($404,00 each) I call NVC to se what to do...I want see what the operator will say about the signature of an 1 year old girl :P

Thank you for all

this is normal, as each case is distinct.

can get them 'married up' at NVC, soonish.

For today, I suggest you do NOTHING on the child's case, as the casefile was just assigned an Embassy #.

Next week, though, make the call into NVC, ask to have the casefiles married/joined together

and then- in another few days, they will be joined up.

Don't pay any additional AOS fee - but do be prepped to submit a seperate I-864 on the child. Suggest you submit mother and child's I-864 together, using these seperate casefile #s, when yer ready.

re: the surprise - I had mentioned this, earlier.

Sometimes my language usage seems confusing - please feel free to 'read it twice', just in case !

I hope NVC link all together...

I will wait until next week to call NVC and see, hopefully, if they connect the children with the mother.

About the AOS fee, I will not pay for my children. I will also wait. About the I-864, I will print today and study how to fill it. As I have time until next week, I can prepare the forms and then just send to NVC.

I don't understand about submit mother and childs I-864 together...Will I have to create 3 I-864 or only 1 I-864 for all, including my children, and then send to NVC?

re: the surprise - I had mentioned this, earlier. -> Yes, you're right!

Hello guys.

Thank you for all advice.

I will call NVC today to try to connect the cases and check if my wife's DS-3032 were approved. At Consular Eletronic Application Center, only show the AOS fee paid ($88,00) and the IV fee not invoiced...

About the I-864 form, do I have to wait to NVC send me any AOS package or can I download the form, fill and send to NVC?

Thank you all

you can download I-864s and fill them out, send them in.

NEVER, EVER wait on NVC to send you forms.

Unless you wish to go the 'postal route' - and that usually takes 9 months, from start to finish, at NVC.

Hello guys...

Yesterday I called NVC and spoke with an operator...

I asked about my wife and children process and what should I do, as I have 3 process for them. She said that I could work with my wife's process, with my children as dependents, or with each process separeted. I asked what would be the easiest way and she said that the easiest way would be work with my wife's process only and forget my children's cases, because they are already in my wife's process and they could be proccessed in different times. She also said to send only one I-864 with my wife and children's name. (I will open another topic for I-864 questions...)

I also asked about my wife's DS-3032 approval and she said that NVC did not received a DS-3032. She asked me if my wife had sent an email without her signature it would not be approved. They need a document or email with her signature....now, lets send the DS-3032 again, signed this time...

I hope don't have to much problems with family process...

Thank you all
