Question 10 on Form I-134 Affidavit of Support

My fiancée is trying to complete form I-134 Affidavit of Support to take to the Montreal consulate and isn’t sure how to answer question 10. The question states “ I have submitted a visa petition(s) to U.S. Citizenship and Immigration Services on behalf of the following person(s). If none, state “None”. “

Is the question asking for persons prior to myself or is he supposed to put my name on line 10 since he submitted an I-129F for me as part of this K1 Visa process. If he needs to put my name on line 10, is “Date Submitted” equivalent to the “Receipt Date” listed on the I-797 Notice of Action letter?

For those that have recently been to the Montreal consulate for an interview, how did you handle this particular question on the I-134? Thanks.

I looked at the form I filled out and I put none, but you bring up a good point. But they accepted it w/o any issues.

Have you taken a look at the example form here in VJ? It's very helpful. My husband put my name for question 10, as they did on the example document.

Thank you for your response. Did anyone else out there NOT put their fiance's name on question #10 on the I-134 and instead put "None" and still got their Visa approved? Please reply.
