Postal office here in our place can not track down the mails so we really have no idea how the mail got lost. Now i received all USCIS mails except for the green card. In this I-90 application, i also received the NOA and biometric appointment so there no mistake with my address... you think this is kind of a USCIS mistake?

I dont know if it was USCIS, I had problem getting mail for a while because my name was not on the mail box. Soon as we put it on my mail started to come properly.
