Filed WAVA 15 months Ago, Can someone let me know what going on?

I am in Immigration Limbo for so long ( way long, more the decade). I filed WAVA 15 months ago. My AOS was denied because my X wife withdrawn My approved I 130. She went for interview, but second interview she didn't. I din't know that my petition was withdrawn. Anyway I filed wava, got Prima facie, got renewed again. I had work permit that was renewed every year, this year I filed then RFE issued, I answered the RFE ( USCIS required the proof of filing I 485) I send my proof within 20 days. I am in Removal proceedings and go to court, last court date I asked judge to sign my I 485 and He did, I send again the Copy of I485( requirement for RFE of Work permit), both time was within 87 days allowed to answer the RFE. I didnot received andy fingerprint letter etc. I contacted USCIS ( one officer)and send him the request to enquire about my EAD, I also enclosed copies. He replied that he will look into it and my request will be send to appropriate department. After 18 days I received denial letter. My work permit was denied.

On the other hand RFE was issued on WAVA and given me 87 days to fullfil the additional evidence. I was still fighting with immigration about my EAD and same officer told me that I should file Either motion or file new EAD( I 765) he is sending request to MO but they are saying that they made decision already. My point was Its not my mistake if they didn't pay attention, I even send you( officer) al the evidence thru emails. How come my EAD is still denied? Moreover I don't want to pay 540 dollars( motion fees) where ever EAD fees is $340. and it was not my mistake.

I lost my job because I didn't had work permit. I filed new application very recently (10 days ago), Just three days ago I replied to RFE on WAVA and my WAVA file got touched.

Just out of the blue I received email today that my EAD card is in production. I am wondering how come the card will be in production when They didnot take fingerprint. I was expection fingerprint notice thru mail. ONline receipt also says the post decision activity, means two steps are skipped.

I don't know what going on. Is that good sign on WAVA ?

I know there are lots of people who went thru the same regarding Wava. Can someone will give me inside what to expect.

I really didn't get it.. I filed EAD and got approval email on 19th 2010, Same time my WAVA was touched also. I know that it was sunday. Then I received next email on monday sept 20th ofr the activity. I checked and found that EAD approval moved to EAD card production.

Again I received Email on 9/22/2010 at 11.30 that my card is in production and It will take 30 days, if I move.. blah blah.

Today again I received Email Just now, stating that we approved this I 765 and follow the instruction on the letter we mailed you. When I checked my status in portfolio it says;

""On September 23, 2010, we mailed you a notice that we have approved this I765 APPLICATION FOR EMPLOYMENT AUTHORIZATION. Please follow any instructions on the notice. If you move before you receive the notice, call customer service at 1-800-375-5283.

For approved applications/petitions, post-decision activity may include USCIS sending notification of the approved application/petition to the National Visa Center or the Department of State. For denied applications/petitions, post-decision activity may include the processing of an appeal and/or motions to reopen or reconsider and revocations.""

Now it is in post decision activities, ---> moved one step back from Card production.

I don't know why..

WAVA was not touched since 9/19/2010
