Okay so my fiance is from Ireland and they are requiring a 12 x14 envelope to take with him...he has checked around his town, even called the post office and the GPO ( I guess the main post office) and nothing. Does anyone who has gone through the Dublin Consulate where to find this size envelope! Thanks so much, you would definitely be helping us out a lot! His interview is Tuesday :/

I got one in an Easons in Blanchardstown. The thing to note is I went around stores measuring for a 12 x 14 envelope - they don't exist in Ireland as far as I can see. I just got the biggest one I found - think it was 11 x 16 or something like that; either way just get something huge. (It could have been maybe a size K5...try that out).

When I went to the consulate, everyone in front of me had bought an standard large envelope that was deemed too small. My one was accepted without a problem.

Also before the consulate make multiple (more than 2) copies of everything. They asked me for 2 copies of all my forms (meaning there were some that I didn't end up with a copy for myself - turned out to be not that important but would have preferred to have had an exact copy to bring home of what I handed in). Also make sure you know the correct fee for your visa.
