Here's a list of what we sent. I bought and moved into our house about 6 months before we got married so the mortgage, utilites, etc are in my name only :(

• Tax Transcript for 2004 & 2005, filed married jointly

• Joint Checking & Savings account agreement

o 5 months of statements with 6 paystubs for deposited amounts

• 5 Joint Credit Card statements with some travel charges highlighted

• Letter from another credit card company stating spouse is as authorized user

• Spouse's individual charge card Welcome Letter

• Another of Spouse's charge card statement

• Another credit card statement- my individual with Netflix charge

o Envelope from spouse's Netflix shipment

• 2 Life Insurance Designation of Beneficiary forms with spouse as primary beneficiary

• Homeowner’s Insurance statement

• Earthquake Insurance

• Copies of both Drivers licenses (home address)

• Evidence of auto insurance (current & past)

• 2 Health Insurance Enrollment Forms including coverage for spouse

o 4 Explanation of benefits spouse's dental November 2005

• HIPPA Coverage form, Health insurance coverage for both of us

o 2 Flexible Spending Account statements, Mihail & Beth: Dental & Vision, January 2005

• Travel- 6 Ticket stubs, E-tickets and related documents

o Registration card of foreigner (me) from trip to Bulgaria

o Disneyland tickets with our signatures

• Our Zoo Membership Renewal, July 2006

• Assorted junk mail (2 pieces)

• Official 5K Race Photos of us

• About 15 Assorted cards and enveloped addressed to both of us, 2004 – 2006

• About 40 Assorted photos, 2004 – 2006

• Three Affadavits

We mailed it on the 15th with signature confirmation and they've signed for it.

Approved! 10 Year Greencard received December 27, 2006

07/11/07- Priority Date

8/07/2007 - Received NOA 1 receipt for $400

8/30/2007 - Received notice of date for Fingerprinting

09/25/2007- Fingerprinting done

02/19/08 - Received notice of interview

04/18/08 - Interview in Philadelphia

06/16/08 - Received Oath ceremony invitation

07/02/08 - Oath Ceremony date - Pennsylvania Convention Center
