Hi there again,

When you go for interview and they asked for proof of the relationship.

like pictures, letters, emails, etc.. etc..

can we all have that in electronics forms or does it have to be on paper?

like pictures can I have it on a DVD and emails and chat from yahoo.. can i have that as a txt file?

I have tons of evidents but if print it out, it will be a lot..

just want some thoughts..

thanks.

Correct, you should start printing and organize it in a folder with multiple echo fasters and tab it too. Make it as easy as possible for them to go thru.

They cant use or look at CDs or DVDs, everythin has to be paper like the other person said. Your not allowed to bring any electronics inside the embassy either.

Their IT department does not let them put anything from petitioners on their computer. They are probably afraid the some disgruntled petitioner will do something evil.

This will not be over quickly. You will not enjoy this.

First off, they cannot view any DVD’s you might have; they even take your phone before you are allowed inside, and so everything needs to be printed out. Fair enough that you have a lot of things to print out and it would be hard to bring it all in, but the only real question I have is this. How important is this to you???? Not trying to sound rude, and quite honestly, you could literally print out tons of evidence, and they would never go through it all, and some people simply bring in about 5 to 10 pieces of paper that they do not even go through. If you think it is important, print it out point blank. One good thing is that if you go there with tons of evidence, and they give you a blue asking for something specific, you can submit what they need, then make them take the tons of evidence they never looked at, also make sure you get copies of everything you submit for your own personal records. So if you literally have 1 ton of evidence, print double and have 2 tons. Print all the photos you have, any emails you don’t care that they look at (sometimes some are personal) if you want as many people have done, print a view the email log where it shows the date and the sender, also if you use yahoo or Skype do screen shots with the date, and photos of both of you using webcam, they usually also have the length of time. All of these things can help, but ultimately figure out how important this is to you and act accordingly to you, if you want, you can try to give them a DVD but chances are they would not accept it. Good luck Jerome
