James' Shortcuts seem a bit outdated, have you looked at LingChe's shortcuts?

There's been some 'fast movement' in priority dates these last 5 months, so pay attention to WHEN yer girlfriend's casefile makes it over to NVC - the 'storage time' between USCIS and NVC might be very minimal this season ;)

If she was a USC, of course, there is no 'storage time' whilst waiting for a priority date to become current, those are immediate.

Dec 24 2012 - Case Complete
May 17 2013 - Interview-Approved

July 19 2013 - Enter the USA
