My packet 3 was delivered about a week before that and I just got my packet 4 two days ago! It shouldn't be long now for you! Also, I'm not sure if you are aware but when you receive your packet 4, there is a new system where you no longer are scheduled an interview but rather you choose your date yourself based on a calendar of available times online. It's so convenient! I just booked my appointment this morning but there are lots of open times for November and December!

Good luck!

I call that number, at least once/week. They have not been helpful at all other than to say 'nothing yet'.
