I would like to know during the time I was filing the I-130 for my Mother which she got thru and she's in the U S now, she had add my little sister to the forms but when she (my mother)got to Jamaica the embassy people told her that she doesn't have enough sponsor to get her my sister up at the same time with her but if she had add enough sponsor at the time then she would have got thru, is it possible to get the sponsor's now which we do have to help her and get her up here and just pay the NVC the money for the visa to add her and get her up here instead of going thru the whole filing all over again, Do u think that will work if I call the NVC and talk with them?

I understand your (USC petitioner) little sister's I-130 is already approved. Then you can find out a joint sponsor and submit new AOS to NVC and see.

Before proceeding this talk to NVC supervisor and find out the details.

Duplicate threads in CR-1 forum and Regional Forum removed - it is not necessary to post the same topic in more than one forum. I believe that the applicant (the OP's mother) is a Permanent Resident rather than a citizen so this is the correct forum.

“...Isn't it splendid to think of all the things there are to find out about? It just makes me feel glad to be alive--it's such an interesting world. It wouldn't be half so interesting if we knew all about everything, would it? There'd be no scope for imagination then, would there?”

At the time of my mother interview in Jamaica last year they told her that she did not have enough income in her file to have her daughter travel with her at the same time when she had got approved that's y they didn't give my sister a visa so they told her if my mother had another sponsor or 2 more sponsor in her file then my sister would have gotten approved and all my mother would have done is pay for the visa fee and do all the medical requirements.
