I wonder what the deal is with your latest "touches"? My petition has not been touched since 9/1/2010! Come on CSC! Go ahead and approve me and my fellow VJ Members! :D:lol:

maybe some one spilled coffee on it and then sent it the dry cleaners and now it's back? :lol:

I'm a september filer too!...and I am new on visajourney

we got the NOA1 on september 24, and my case haven't been touched either since then.

It seems we September CSC filers are the patient ones. With 3 months down and we are only 5 pages into our "waiting" thread. It's so great that the holidays are upon us now...the next couple weeks will fly by and we will all be close to 4 months into our wait. Hang in there, y'all..the 5 month mark is just around the corner and up the way a bit. :)

Hi guys! I'm a September filler too and I have to ask, am I the only one in here that thinks that the NOA 2 is just a waste of time? I mean why can't they start going through the application once they got it? I don't know maybe spend 30 to 45 minutes to go through all the papers sent with the application then inform the applicant if their application have been approved or require further evidence. Think about it, they can save time by doing the work just once and save some money by sending us back one notice of action. Or maybe not, maybe I'm just one of the many VJ members who are getting frustrated because of the long wait. I'm such a whiner.

The amount of applications they receive (for K1 visas as well as all the other types of visas they process) makes this impossible. Sure, in a perfect world, they'd receive it and the applicant would be approved right away but that's not how the real world works, unfortunately. We'll all get there eventually.

10/14/2011 - Interview. GC APPROVED on the spot! Yeah!
