Thanks but we are still waiting on confirmation that they received it. hopefully today they see it there. thanks :) :) :) i hope so too!

When did u send ur RFE reply and what is ur deadline for RFE reply. Call uscis and ask them whether they received it or not because if u cross deadline and they didnt receive ur reply they will deny the petition therefore it is ur duty to make sure that they actually did receive the response before the deadline. I have sent my response on 26 Feb they receive it on 28 Feb and updated my status on 1st March. I will suggest u to bug them email CSC the acknowledgment copy of ur courier delivery receipt which proves that ur response is delivered to them on time and its USCIS internal courier disbursement deparment's fault that they didnt deliver it concerened immigration office. if u need any assistance let me know

That's true. I am upset though, even though I have my approval, that both service centers are going so slow lately. I cringe every time I check Igor's. And yes, I STILL obsessively check it. And I probably will until all filers through December are approved.

Any more updates from anyone?

ok I miss type on the other one , I got my RFE on the 16th via text and got the hardcopy on the 22nd. My lawyer said she sent the photos back same day on the 23rd and today is the 3rd, which means its been one business week. Now I'm not for sure if she sent it same day or not but I called USCIS yesterday to check and see if they had it yet and the lady was really helpful but she said that it's probably still being processed in the mail and that some people just end up on the top of the pile, which is probably why I haven't gotten it quite yet. Our deadline is March 18th so I wanted to make sure someone is confirming something at the latest by next week. I think (hope) im still in the reasonable time frame.

I thought we would have our approval by the 21st last month :/ and with still no confirmation time just wains on. I've been trying really hard to be positive and sometimes I avoid this site because i see so many peoples going much faster on the Igors board. Me and rachel were dying over seeing how many january and febs going up.

I'm preaching to the choir :P
