September CSC filers?

I am sending my RFE reply today now i am the list of those who are waitng for NOA2. Lets pray to get it soon

We have a similar format. I also sent a cover letter similar to yours. Hope we get our NOA2s soon. Good luck to all of us who got the RFE.

We received our RFE today...they want more proof we met in person.

I already sent with our first application in sept 2010:

-plane tickets

-one picture of us together (might be our mistake, I sent just one without writting where and when it was)

-passport stamps (we didn't scan the front page of it with ours names and stuff )

We will send them more plane tickets, plenty plenty pictures with family and all with little notes, copies of our passports with the front page this time.

I assume emails and msn discussion logs would be useless since it just prove on going relationship but not that we met.

Also, none of our pictures have the dates on them, my fiancé will have to write it by hand on each... is it ok?

Just wanted to share the GREAT news that we got approved! I'm astounded. We sent our RFE on Thursday (24 Feb), they received it Friday (25 Feb) and gave us confirmation that they received and today (28 Feb), we got our NOA2.

SO HAPPY! Hope that all of you guys get yours this week too!!

oh thats great news! We got our the 16th , sent it back in the 17th and still waiting :/ So maybe it wont be too much longer. Congrats!

That makes me a little worried that you guys both got confirmations that they received it so fast because I sent mine in the 17th and they still haven't sent anything saying they got it?

We recieved our hardcopy of the RFE and they are requesting more evedience that we meet in person.

Not sure what else we could send them???

We are beside ourselves and my fiance is not very happy!!

The letter is so vague. What more can we give them?

We live side by side and have no passport stamps or airline tickets.

We sent them 4 photos that is all we had before we filed.

Can we send more even though they are taken after we filed?

Not sure what to do? Sorry just really lost...

Filed my reply to RFE on 26th which they received on 28th February 2011 we sent it by express mail with a return receipt. I just wanted to know when i will get confirmation from CSC or when my online status will be changed that they have actually received my RFE i am wondering.

Quick question , did your foreign soon to be family member have passport photos that were the same size as yours? Piotr's were slightly cropped but that is the european standard for passport photos. Did anyone else have that and get approved just fine?

same size...in the instructions it gives the specified dimensions of the passport photos. I don't think they would be that picky though. You should be fine. I hope you hear something today.

Unfortunately I think it was the front page omission that got you the RFE.... I think that was what happened with me... I do land crossings, and there are no stamps so we were beside ourselves as well, but all they needed was my front passport page, with all my information, it could just be as simple as that.... no worries, relax and keep enjoying eachother.... all you need really. It will come together in time.
