Got RFE today confused as well as happy.. confused coz what they asked for i dnt know... and happy to hear they are woking on my petition ... gime ur support my fellow member what i expect from this RFE.. would it be easy to fix

I'm glad that you finally heard something. I don't think you should worry. You will likely be able to fix whatever they are requesting rather easily. I wouldn't stress it. I would love even an RFE right now just to hear SOMETHING. Please let us know how things are going with that once it arrives. We're here for you.

We also got an RFE today. Of course the feeling is mixed in that we're happy we heard something, but bummed that it's another stumbling block. We're anxious to see what they're requesting, but at least once we submit it, our NOA2 will come soon.

We got an RFE too. how long does it take you to get that letter - what have they requested from you guys? I'm pissed >:( but at least we know they are working on it.

This will in time be fixed and all better!

10/04/2011 - EAD in hands.

10/14/2011 - Interview. GC APPROVED on the spot! Yeah!

By the looks of the other recent RFE's that have gotten NOA2's on Igors List, just a couple/few weeks, they've gotten NOA2 within the month of RFE.

Few weeks? I can live with that. I hope that our RFE is just as simple as a box that I forgot to check or a line that I forgot to sign.
