I watched the first season, but haven't watched it much since then. But last night I watched and saw the rerun of the outfits for everyday women, and I really wanted to hit Jeffrey. He's an idiot.

Honestly I wasn't as mad at Jeffery on that episode as I thought I'd be. I think Angela's mom was pretty whiny. I mean, they were to have input on the colors and such, but what she wanted wasn't feasible when it came to the materials he had to choose from. So he made a decision and went with it - then she got all bent out of shape about it.

She had the luxury to sit there and dictate what she wanted, but didn't have to execute the idea.

Honestly I wasn't as mad at Jeffery on that episode as I thought I'd be. I think Angela's mom was pretty whiny. I mean, they were to have input on the colors and such, but what she wanted wasn't feasible when it came to the materials he had to choose from. So he made a decision and went with it - then she got all bent out of shape about it.

She had the luxury to sit there and dictate what she wanted, but didn't have to execute the idea.

The only part I think about though, is imagine how nerve wracking it'd be to have to go, knowing you were to be on national TV, and that you were not a thin model and not even a thin regular person but plus sized. He didn't seem to do anything to make her feel comfortable in the first place. I would be so nervous and if I had someone like him making clothes for me, someone who is not thin, it would not be fun at all when he is not even nice one bit from the moment they met. All the other designers were sweet to the people they were working with. He was mean. And the dress was hideous.

yesh, he SHOULD have been the professional and not just let his feelings for Angela get in the way of designing a nice piece. He's a difficult personality, so my guess is he won't always find all of his clients to his liking. He'd earn a lot more respect by being able to put that all aside and not start by saying God was sending him to hell (or summat to that nature) by giving him Angela's mum.

I agree. I mean, I know it had to be intimidating for Angela's mom to be a 'model' and all on National TV. But I thought Jeffrey was decent to her until she threw a wobbly about the color. So she had a hand in any grief that went down after that, IMHO.

My take on Jeffrey - he's more obnoxious and egotistical than Santino, but not as good a designer. Santino grew on me, Jeffrey isn't
