Hello.

I got a fast Q.

1- Regarding, How many days i have been outside of the states, i know the day i left it counting, but what about the day i back to the states. should i add it as i was out of the country because i got U.S.A land and it was almost sunset?

If you were in the US on that day, it doesn't count as being out of the US.

Usually, USCIS's definition is if you spend a partial day in the US, then that day counts as being in the US.

If you look at their example (I think the naturalization guide, or the N-400 instructions), they say if you travel to Canada and return within 24 hours, then it is counted as if you never were outside the US.

The idea here is to establish continuous residency and physical presence, so if you are way beyond satisfying these two requirements, I wouldn't split hairs about which day counts and which doesn't. I'm in a similar situation so I just counted the day I left to the day I returned - let them fix it if they find it to be wrong.
