You should really get into the habit of asking more questions before jumping to conclusions like that. My employers share of my costs are going up by a percentage value that is higher than the 10% I'm seeing.

In other words, the exact opposite of what you're saying.

Now, what you're saying may be true overall for most companies. Yet, seeing how you're responding to my anecdote, I feel comfortable fleshing it out further to rebut your point.
