Hi! my sister just got her F4 family immigrant visa , she is coming with her four children,can her two children come with her next month and other childreno come with he husband in January due to some schooling issue ??

I heard they all have to come together, is there any rule someeher, so they can come seprately

Principal beneficiary (sister of USC) can come either at the same time of the other beneficiaries or ahead of them - the rest of the family can follow to join. Immigrant visa is good for six months from date of issurance so bear that in mind.

milimelo,Thanks for the quick reply,Is it posted anywhere posted Online on State Department's site.

I havent seen it online .. HOWEVER...it is written on the Form DS-230 that you would have had to submitt to The Visa Center.
