i think you need to call someone, i am not an expert but not have seen anyone else not receive there imbra rfe. the only words of encouragement is get a bottle of wine.

You should be fine. A transfer always takes some time. I would think that USCIS has gotten there act together and wouldn't be sending IMBRA RFE's to petitioners who used the new I-129F form. In your case it might be a good idea to call just to make sure the transfer went smoothly. All in all, your within processing time and it's normal. LOL!!

I agree, give CSC a jingle and see what's up. But if you used the new I-129F you wont get the IMBRA RFE (at least I hope CSC isnt stupid enough to think you need one). Dont feel too bad hon, alot of us are suffering because of USCIS's stupidity and we understand how irritating and unnerving the wait can be. And dont feel bad about calling CSC, I rattle their chain at least 3 times a week

yep i would give it at least 3 months before starting to worry.

us new senders should have to wait in line while the folk messed up over IMBRA get sorted out!!

I haven't received a RFE either. I haven't even received notice that they transfered me to CSC. I keep on looking for a touch or something just to know I haven't gotten lost but nothing yet.

True but I believe I used the old form. Becausae of this I'm expecting a RFE so yes I am complaining that I haven't received mine yet. I'm guessing that is why jamrok is also wondering about the RFE.

I would not be concerned about your NOA2 for at least 120 days. That is the average processing time even Pre-Imbra, just because some have been approved earlier does not mean that is the average.

If you filed the old petition, then you should be getting an RFE. If you don't get one soon, then I would try contacting them to at least get the RFE, but they will probably respond with the RFE once they begin to adjudicate your case, which should not be for another 30-60 days. Just my opinion, good luck and I hope you have a speedy prcess.

If you used the new 3 page I-129F form with the IMBRA questions you probbly wont get a RFE unless you forgot to send something they want.

I just hope they dont send me an RFE, it just adds more processing time to the case at USCIS.

NOA1 --> RFE = wasted time

NOA1 --> NOA2 = GOOD!

I hope you get to NOA2 with out the wasted time that the RFE causes.

i havent received my rfe yet so i understand you ..i guess it takes time dont worry soon we will get it... i was getting worried too before but now i prefer to wait and try to be calm so the wait wont be so hard ...good luck

Hey,

I can understand how you feel. We got our noa1 from nsc in june as well (date of receipt june 21st). Since then we did not hear anything new. Today I found out that the case must be forwarded to csc since nsc does not work on k1-visa anymore. First I was really shocked and now it is just disappointed because you cannot really tell how long it will take until they will give you further informations :-(

We have the same NOA1 date and I also have not received my IMBRA RFE. I called a few weeks ago and was able to talk to someone at USCIS. I offered to send in the new form 129F as an amendment to my petition and she said that was fine as long as I clearly marked it with stickies stating that it is amendment and not an original submission. I hope it helped...anything to get them to bloody look at my petition. I'm going to call again Sept. 3rd if I don't hear back from them.
