Well folks my fiance just got approved with the K1 tonight or today in Manila. Wow after all the headaches and long chatting and phone calls and documents she was actually approved really easy. Now we have to find out when the approved visa expires I guess typically 6 months. Is that about the right assumption?

Well anyway I can relax now knowing all the hard work is done now the challenge we face if she will like the states.

I want to thank this site for helping and guiding me with some of the paperwork needed to make the process smoothly.

Best of luck to all the future couples and hang in there. Its hard but it will be all worth it when you finally get approved.

Im going to drink now and get wasted lol.. j/k.

Thanks again.post-78736-019682900 1284630731_thumb.jpg

Congratulations!!

Best to verify the length of time. 6 months is the general rule but I've heard of shorter times. I believe those a determined by medical exam expiration date but since she just had hers you should be good. Just double check!

Again, CONGRATS!
