I know everybody is saying that K3 is moving but to me it seems like just a few people got approved but most of them including me are still waiting. It seems that some days they approve some days they dont. This waiting time it is starting to become absurd especially when they approve applications received at the end of May or in June when there is a lot of us that applied in March or April and still nothing. I know I have to be patient but I am kind of sick of this K3 thing. Are there a lot of people that are not registered with VJ? Maybe there are a lot of approvals that we dont know about.

They got our RFE on 06/12, it has been a month and no touches yet. My NOA1 is dated April 10 and it has been 4 months since then. I guess a lot of you are like me especially those of you that applied in March.

I know that it will not sound as appropriate coming from me (as my K3 has been approved) but patience really is the key. I personally think that a very small percentage of people who have applications in are registered at VJ. Only the few, the bold (and beautiful) do it on their own and post experiences. I suspect the remainder go through attorneys (or on their own) and simply "tough it out".

We all understand your feelings -- hang in there....

I understand exactly how you feel, although I have not waited nearly as long as you have. It seems that when I read the posts here on VJ that just about the time that someone gets ready to just give up, they get their approval. Soooo hopefully yours is just around the corner, perhaps next week!

Then all of this heartache will dissapear (I Hope)

Hang in there man, it won't be much longer!

VJ community probably represents less than 1% of the people who go thru the immigration process so any statistical data/timeline that you get from here or from any other non-governmental website/forums ought to be put into the right context. :innocent:
