my post http://www.visajourney.com/forums/topic/274481-sending-i-485-i-765-and-i-864-help/

So, i was happy about almost send this forms (I-485, I-765, I-864) and now i'm confused, my story:

Feb 2010: Came to USA with my tourist visa and I-94

April 2010: Got married

June 2010: I-94 expired

July 2010: Sent I-130

July 2010: Received NOA

Is there any other form i should be sending??

you did it wrong, you were supposed to send the I-130 AND the I-485 at the same time. Your not adjusting from a family visa so yes you were in the wrong section.

Your I-129f was approved in 5 days from your NOA1 date.

Your interview took 67 days from your I-129F NOA1 date.

AOS was approved in 2 months and 8 days without interview.

ROC was approved in 3 months and 2 days without interview.

I am a Citizen of the United States of America. 04/16/13

Make sure you send a copy of the NOA for the I-130 with your I-485 package, so they can match them up, or your I-485 will be rejected.

ETA: You didn't do it wrong. You just took the longer way.

Look over this guide:

Yes, you were supposed to file the I-130 and related forms and the I-485 and related forms CONCURRENTLY (at the same time). Since you did not, you can TRY to submit the I-485 and related forms with a copy of your I-130 NOA and hope that they put them together. Good luck.

AOS for my husband
8/17/10: INTERVIEW DAY (day 123) APPROVED!!

ROC:
5/23/12: Sent out package
2/06/13: APPROVED!
