Everytime, they will open your case, they will know that there is a congressional enquiry on your case.

Deep Thanks for reply...! I called DOS office today. They always said that " your case is under AP" . But today they said " your case is now processing" I asked again and he said " your case is now processing" I have no idea what does that mean? Does that means they are now working on my case or it's still under AP.? So confused...!

I think calling DOS is waste of time...They Do NOT know anything... They are soo rude....!

I' am surprised too. I have NO idea why they put me in AP. Completed 104 days. Deep2009 and r&g get visa after 110 days. So I'm hoping....and praying. Waheguru will help me for sure...!

Maybe this will give you all some hope... hubby leaves Jordan tomorrow! We were in AP 97 days and honestly, we had some red flags (in their opinion). But anything can be overcome!
