You don't send the police report in with the forms, you take it to the interview, so just take both at the same time. :)

Doh! I think the reason I had it in my mind that I needed to wait for the police certificate to send in our packet 4 was we wanted to wait and see the result before we filled out some of the questions on the DS-156K... this process is slowly doing my head in.
