Here's the updated list of requirements for CR-1/IR-1 applicants (US Embassy Manila side): http://manila.usembassy.gov/wwwfiven.pdf

Filing I-130 is still $355, payable to U.S. Department of Homeland Security.

New IR-1/CR-1 visa fee is $404 ($330 immigrant visa fee + $74 security surcharge), payable to National Visa Center

New I-864 AOS domestic review fee is $88.

Medical at St. Luke's is US$ 213.35 for adults, US$ 185.35 for children 14 years old and younger (you pay the PHP equivalent, they will tell the applicant what the conversion is). Repeat chest x-rays are US $7 (as needed). 2x2 ID pictures are needed at the medical.

CFO Sticker via CFO, PRISM or SMEF-COW is PHP 250 for the seminar and PHP 400 for the Sticker.

NBI Certificate is PHP 115.00 (for immigration purposes)

NSO Documents, depends on whether you use online services like eCensus.gov or NSO Helpline Plus...while it is cheaper to go directly to NSO, mind you the lines are killer and they may be retrieved in person or you may request them to send it to your spouse by courier (no idea how much that costs).

Notarized affidavits from persons of interest in your petition, depends on the notary you will use.

Boarding fees + travel taxes at the airport

Passport size photos (in the US that means 2 x 2 IDs), depends on the studio you use (Kodak, Fuji or other local photographers)

If your family has their own scanner, you can save yourself some time photocopying stuff, your cost would be for your own paper and ink.

Be smart, have a plan, and hang on to the people you love. - Chris Gardner
