Congratulations!!!

Please post a review of the interview.

Hi – my Visa interview was really short, approx 10-15 mins.

Once I entered in she asked me pledge everything stated in the application is truth and I had to sign the DS-230 bottom part in front of her.

Then she asked if it was love/arrange marriage - then she was like how did you guys met?

Me and my wife had known each other for over 5 years before we got married and we had first met at school in US when I was studying.

Once I told this to CO I think she was comfortable, then she asked me who all came to India for wedding and when did we get married.

After that it was much of other things how did her parents like India and stuff.

After that she asked me if I had any pictures and I had taken plenty approx 200 pics from wedding and even from time we were dating, but she hardly saw 20 pics.

That’s pretty much it and she was like your other Visa’s are expired but you have one valid B1/B2 which I will have to cancel, she cancelled my B1/B2 and that’s it.

The only worst part of the whole interview is, here in Mumbai they call you at 7.30 in the morning and I was not called for the interview until 12.30 in afternoon.

Sitting there for 5 hrs was cumbersome. …… lol but in end it was worth it. :)
