You'll need to get the marriage book translated to english -

usually in to a 'white book ' format. Submit a 'regular photocopy' of it with the I-130.

see http://www.visajourney.com/forums/topic/228853-notarial-birth-certificate/ - ignore the bickering, and note the place that handles white book generation, she'll need to go there for other things besides the marriage book translation.

Suggest you take many photos of the 2 of you with her family, as well.

I note you posted in the K-3 forum - please realize that after 1 FEB 2010, K-3 visas are mostly unattainble - see http://www.visajourney.com/news/2010/02/07/department-of-state-to-close-k-3-visas-if-i-129f-and-i-130-petitions-approved-and-received-together/

remember that for the I-130 petition, is a good idea to submit evidence of a bonafide marriage - usually this is a bit difficult to generate, but it IS do-able - here's what I did - ages past - http://www.visajourney.com/forums/index.php?showtopic=218775&st=0&p=3324240&hl=Rusticentry3324240

Finally, remember, please - for any I-130 submittal, do not submit originals of anything - only 'regular photocopies'. Signatures must be original, though - so suggest you have her sign several blank G-325As and blank DS-230s .

I am flying to China and getting married in Nov.

I have my shots, my passport, M Visa and Marriage Decree,

She is taking me to marriage Registry. What is next and what

should I do or get prepared to do to get her to USA legally?

W-7 form for tax ITIN number, passport copies notarized and tranlsated to English. You will need that for the IRS if you send in the w-7 with a tax return.
