Your I-94 doesnt matter. It doesnt have anything to do with finger printing. You dont mention what your local office is so how can anyone let you know if they have walk-ins or not?

Your I-129f was approved in 5 days from your NOA1 date.

Your interview took 67 days from your I-129F NOA1 date.

AOS was approved in 2 months and 8 days without interview.

ROC was approved in 3 months and 2 days without interview.

The entrance doors are locked and usually there are 2 (for sure 1) very big Officers inside with guns. :help: I would not just attempt to walk in. You have your notice of appointment and it will not make a difference in this situation if the I-94 expires prior to the biometrics. If you want to change your appointment go to the web site of INFO PASS and make an appointment sooner than the I-94 expiration if possible.

Some ASC offices have Wednesday for walkins. Most offices DO allow walkins. Give it a try as alls they can say is no.
