Hi I'm ailen a US citizen. I am planning to bring my mom,dad and 11 years old sister here in US. What form I need to file? Can my little sister be

included in my parents petition? My sister is still minor and I hope she can come with my parents here in US. Please help me! Thanks

File I-130 for each. Warning though for the sister, depending which country we're talking about, there is currently a 9-20 year wait for siblings of US citizens. This means that your parents may have to leave your sister behind if you decide to go through their immigration petitions now.

LPRs can petition for minor children but the wait is still 2-3 years.
