Hey guys, I just was wondering what I should do now that my address changed. I sent in the fiance visa package and literally one day later, my address has changed. I moved 45 minutes north of where I was located before. Obviously..I need to ensure that I get my address changed..but how do you go about it when you haven't even gotten an NOA yet???

Thanks!

go on uscis and submit a change of address, the petitioner should as well but the immigrant is required to notice change of address by law.

Your I-129f was approved in 5 days from your NOA1 date.

Your interview took 67 days from your I-129F NOA1 date.

AOS was approved in 2 months and 8 days without interview.

ROC was approved in 3 months and 2 days without interview.

I am a Citizen of the United States of America. 04/16/13

Inform USCIS through the AR-11 change of address form...you can either complete and send it online, or you can download the form, fill it out and mail it to the address indicated in the instructions.

Whichever method you choose, it has to be completed within 30 days of your move. Online may be better since you just mailed out the petition...you have to make sure your NOA1 and all subsequent mail are received at your present address to prevent any delays.

For future reference, when your fiancee does make it to the U.S. and you guys move again, both of you have to complete the AR-11 form, but she should comply within 10 days, not 30, and currently she can only do that by mail (petitioners have more leeway).
