All this confusion!!!!!!

9 more days until my interview (Sept 24) Should I assume since I am still scheduled the old way that I still pay & bring my xpress envelope to the interview as previously done? Maybe I should call to be sure? I'm thinking I would of gotten something in the mail if they changed it for me as well, but since they snuck this new process in without warning, you never know!

No, by reading the site carefully you will see that you have to register for DHL locations before the interview. At the interview time, they will give you a piece of paper and you can use this paper + your photo ID to pick up your passport at the DHL location you chose.

I'd take it with you. You may or may not need it for them to send your stuff, but it can't hurt to have it there, just in case.

Just do it the old way, make sure you have your enveloppe and cash. I don't see why all of a sudden they would stop sending the visas, and the cash, well, better safe than sorry!

I guess it'll all become clearer once a couple people go through the interview in October... Good luck by the way, and congratulations on all the dates, this is great!

When trying to scheduale the interview via this new system has anyone been promoted to pay the $350 fee? (not incl. those who accidently chose teh K1/K2 option as "trip purpose") Is the fee after the date is chosen or is this still at the consulate?

I was wondering if it might be an Apple/Mac incompatibility with the site (maybe the browser), but I dunno. I got that screen the few times I tried from my home computer, but it worked ok when I did it at work (Windows terminal).

Ooooh! Maybe! I have a Mac and so does my roommate! I will try again at work with Windows! Thanks for the tip!

Would someone who's received this mysterious new P4 letter be kind enough to scan it and have it added to the Montreal wiki page on here? I found seeing scans of p3/p4 there was really helpful.
