I did it by certified mail, like that, but remember that is a P.O. Box... :unsure:

But this part of the problem its solved.

Did you send the i-130 via certified mail,,,,and if so were is your reciept,,,,and who sighned for it,,,if not sent like that i would send again,,,,this is the most easy way i think,,,,but you must send cert. mail!
