Hi,

I used them and they totally sucked. They lost pretty much all of my forms, and didn't bother to tell me. Then when I called to ask where my stuff was they said "oh it's still in England coz we don't have your forms".

They were supposed to email me updates when it reached ports etc etc, but the boxes just got left on my mother-in-law's doorstep one day. And yes, they just left all my most treasured possesions on the doorstep, didn't even take a signature!

The stuff was all in perfect condition when it did arrive, however. :-)

So I'd suggest finding someone else!!

Hope this helps.

Adam.

We had a perfect experience with them. Everything was done well within the promised timeframe, we DID sign for packages (ours came UPS for the final leg), nothing was damaged. We even had some anxiety because my hubby was already here, so we had to fill the forms out here in the US and mail them to his dad in UK and then HOPE they were ok.... But they were, and had no issues whatsoever. Just be sure if you use your own boxes you have the measurements EXACT, as we had to estimate since we were not there, and the price did go up a bit once they had the exact dimensions.

Happy
