Hey all,

Just moved to Miami in June to be with my husband, we sent out my AOS coupla days ago, so obviously I'm still not working and not doing much socializing besides being with hubby :) and few of his friends.

Have Miami VJ'ers ever had a meet up :) ?? and if not would you all be interested to do so ? lovely group of Georgia VJ'ers meeting up, I figured we could do the same. It would be nice to meet an international community, in a not so international city.

Also I would really be interested to know how foreign fiancees/spouses are liking/not liking Miami, how they've adjusted, and how they enjoy their time here...

Please let me know your thoughts on if you'd all be interested to do this... and where, when it could be possible :dance: Of course any old-time VJ'ers can step in and lead the way... :D but yes,would love to meet any/many of you...

- RFE-Fingerprints non-readable TWICE -need to provide police clearances......17/October/2013

- APPROVED- Finally- no interview, or further RFE's. Submitted request through Ombudsman early January. Approval 15/January/2014

Naturalization

- Filed N-400....15/March/2014

it's Ok, this whole process requires a lot of patience :blush: Hopefully he'll be here soon, but we can still all meet. I'm not from Miami of course :) so perhaps we can get some guidance from you as to where we can meet...I hope we can get more numbers too (more people I mean).... :yes: PM me mrsfreij

i wish i could! I'm in rhode island. quite a distance away. FH told me this morning that he may end up in Florida at some point due to a business trip so if i end up down there, I'll let you know! :)

When you make the business trip down we are always willing and would love to meet you, and of course perhaps we'll make a trip to rhode island too :thumbs:

BUT SERIOUSLY .... no more Miami VJ'ers ?? :no: I don't believe it, where is everyone??

I'm just a little bit north of you, in the Fort Lauderdale area, so we're almost neighbors. I'm still on my own for the next couple of weeks, Vanessa's coming in on 3 October, with the wedding on Halloween weekend. If some plan for a local meetup does come together, I'm sure we'd at least try to make it if possible.
