Hi everybody!

Well, I am expecting that we receive our NOA2 soon. Meanwhile, I have got couple questions about I-134, Affidavit of Support...

My fiance lives with his parents and sister in the same house and he is going to be my sponsor. His parents and sister work and they are not dependent upon him for support. So, my question is: What about sponsor's household size? What do you think, which scale is appropriate for our case? Is household size 2 or 5?

My next question is about income of my fiance. For the last two years (2009 and 2008) he was above 125% of poverty line, but in 2007 he was below that. When we add his income for this past three years, the average is above 125% of poverty line. So, do we need a co-sponsor? What is your opinion?

I appreciate your replies. Thank you in advance and I wish you luck on yours visa journey!

Best regards,

Jelena
