No simple yes or no answers!! Give details and explainations with interest!!

Watch your I's and use WE's instead...This shows you are working together as a team and he is not thinking of only himself!

Use the wife/Fiance's name in place of she or her! (shows closeness and humanizes both the petitioner and beneficiary. It's hard to think of someone as just another case when you keep hearing their name over and over.)

Don't say I THINK....you either act like you know or you say I'm not sure, we haven't talked much on this subject.

 Also, show emotion, act like yourself, and don't memorize info to the point of sounding rehearsed or robotic.

This can cause a big red flag.

It will help others if you would fill in your timeline.Another VJ'r has interview coming up on the 20th and ours is the 27th.

Have you already had your medical?

My husband went yesterday and he said to be honest it was one of his most tiredest days. Two hrs travel by bus one way and he went with Dr. Khadija Zirari office. In his words " to be honest it was one of my tiredest days in my life. I spent lot of money and you know how things work in morocco. They are late to make everybody give them money or they tell you the next day or maybe next week lol anyway love i did everything"...................This was his SECOND trip to this office and traveling two hrs one way by bus. They originally told him he did not need an appointment, but when he arrived it was full of clients and she tried then getting lots of money and he refused,lol and he demanded an appointment and was told to come back on Monday. He received it in writing so the secretary would not turn him away again. I warned him about her ahead of time......This office is unprofessional because of this secretary. He is at the airport and with clients working so I did not get to ask him about his opinion of the medical Doctor. I think he waits now for results of the blood tests so I am not sure if this means this Dr. will mail the Consulate his results or if he has to return to pick the medical packet up for his interview. We have 13 days til the interview as of today, Tuesday.

I hope your interview goes smoothly and you are with your loved one soon.

thanks so much for help my interview will be on 22 this month

* Where does s/he work?

* Employer name & location; phone number if possible

* What are his/her job duties/job title?

* How much does s/he make per hour/annual salary?

* What is your spouse's work schedule?

If your spouse is in school:

* Provide details of the degree/diploma s/he is registered in; what kind of courses taken

* What year of study?

* Total length of program/ expected completion date?

Describe your spouse's education history

ASK at the end if they need to see the evidence you have brought. (Photos, chat logs, Phone records, e-mails, etc)

Yes, I understand perfectly well. My husband speaks English well and studied English in college but he still gets nervous with me speaking English and I sometimes forget he is not American,lol and I have to slow my speaking down...so yes, he can see what I write and respond sometimes quicker so yes it makes sense and furthermore, My husband knows big English words and sometimes its the small things he will have to ask what do I mean by that word......If they ask you something you do not understand, simply ask them to repeat it so you can understand the question better.

thanks so much for ur help sure so that why im more worry when they ask me fast that is my problem to speak english fast coz almost time i was talk with my wife just by messanger coz i have no problem wxhen im tayping on it i hope u understnad what i mean

well like i told you b4 my interview will be on 22th and my the medical 20th i called dr khadija so she's told me will give me envlomp same day then i will bring it with me to CO

I hope you are allowing yourself time, because my husband used this Dr Khadija and he was not able to get his medical packet the same day cause the blood work had to be prepared or sent out. He has to make another trip to Dr. khadija to pick it up before his interview. Luckily he travels back and forth to the airport in Casa with his work. The Dr's office just seemed unorganized to me. They told him he didn't need an appointment to come any day of the week they were open and he makes the 4 hr (to and from) trip and they couldn't see him without trying to overcharge him lots of money to work him in to see the dr and he had to go back again on that following Monday by bus. I would call to ask how long it takes the blood results to get back and if its the same day. Maybe my husband was there at the end of the day and there was no time allowed to prepare his. I'm not sure.

hi thanks for message tell me what can i bring with me to CO?

marriage document

and translation

certificate

translation passport

so still other things ?

Your packet 4 which is your e-mailed appointment letter shoulds tell you exactly what you need that NVC does not have to forward to the Consulate. We received one and it stated they had all our originla documents, also said all money was paid, and all it asked for was the medical with a link to get instructions and lists of the 3 Doctors accepted by the consulate. so therefore, if NVC already had your original birth certificate, police certificate, casier judiciaire, and your marriage/divorce documents, you should not need anything for CR-1 accept any evidence like chat records, e-mails, phone records, wedding party pictures, and any other photos of you two with family friends, and phone records, finiacial records or insurance cards with your name on it, insurance policies etc to prove a married couple .....anything you think they may question you about and if you have proof to show them wrong.....they may or may not ask for this proof but have it with you even though it was already mailed to USCIS....check your appointment letter and see if anything was checked for you to bring to the interview.
