PRISM interview requirments

Hello everyone, Soon my fiancee will go to prism for the guidance and counseling session. My friend on visa journey told me she will need to prove we are both single. How can my fiancee prove she is single? Cause the embassy keeps her cenomar. Also how can she prove I am single?

Are there any more requirements for Prism?

Also will the embassy return my fiancee's nso birth certificate and her other important documents?

They dont return anything. You need all thos originals because you need things like the birthcertificate when doing AOS. You should have given them copys to take instead of the originals.

Tell her to bring her birth certificate, passport, and other important documents whatever she has, the embassy will not return anything that you submitted, just tell your fiancee to get another copy of her birth certificatre from the NSO for her AOS in the future, you should have a photo copy of everything you have submitted in the embassy for future reference.
