For those who are going thru CASA Morocco Embassy:

Does the DS156 and DS157 have to be generated on the computer?. There is no where in his packet 3 does it state to be completed on the computer and print the bar code for DS156. They sent him the DS156 form in his packet to complete. I see other countries and everyone says this form has to be completed online...... is that the case in Morocco as well?

Any one out there that had to go through the CASA embassy and just completed the forms by hand and carried them on their interview with them?

Please advice soon., as I need to know if I have to do them myself online as he does not have a printer to print barcode etc.

Thanks in advance,

Darlene

You can fill them online and print them that`s better and prevent any problem that may occur when filling them with a pen. that`s what i did , a much better look when printed.they have no problem with that at the consulate and make sure you print an empty duplicate in case you make a mistake you`ll have an empty form to fill while you are there for the interview.Good luck.

Darlene, I prepared M'hammed's on-line and printed and I mailed him his copies and had him to sign and mail back to me. His had to be sent to NVC when filing a CR-1. You said he had pretty handwriting so I would not worry so much and he is giving it to them in person and not mailing and having to wait any dreadful RFE's like we had to,lol.

I think Darlene is a K-1 not Cr-1. so the beneficairy should fill the applications online and print them to take them with him to the interview not sending them to NVC ;).k-1 Different than CR-1.

Yes, I am aware the K-1 is different from CR-1 and is why i told darlene at least she would not have to dread the RFE's CR-1's get at the NVC stage, because her fiance is able to take it in person. She said he didn't have a printer and from Darlene and I talking on the phone every week, I remember her saying her Fiance has the most beautiful neat hand writing for English since he teaches some English, so I was telling her not to worry if he has to fill out the form by hand. Darlene some cybernets in his city may have printers if you just have to have him to do it on-line and print it off.

Hi Lisa., Well Mohammed went to the Embassy Tuesday and they were out of forms LOL. He asked the clerk if he needed to have them filled out online and and they said no, just bring them with you at the interview. Anyway, he has to go back tomorrow and get the forms they did not give him plus an extra DS156 to fill out.

On Sept 13, i sent some things global international and gosh he got them today already. I guess paying the $147.00 dollars is worth all the headaches of getting the mail loss. Glad ya told me about it.

So have a great day and don't work to hard.
