How to opt in electronic processing

I got NVC case number and gave operator my wife and my email adrresses. I wonder how can i perform opt in electronic processing. Thanks

Send an email to nvcelectronic@state.gov and in the subject line put: OPTIN MTL######### (your case number)

In the body of the email put:

Petitioner's Email Address:

Beneficiary's Email Address:

Petitioner's name:

Beneficiary's name:

Petitioner's Date of Birth:

Beneficiary's Date of Birth:

I am confused now after i read how to do opt in EP because if i send NVC email request for EP and do i need to include DS 3032 without generate from NVC. CAn anyone did this step before give me a detail info. i am greatly appreciated.

so i dont have to wait for NVC to sent me DS 3032 kit? if so, i will ask my wife to do it and i will send them opt in email to speed it up.
