Hi Im a Filipina witha US Citizen husband. His petition for me as spouse of US citizen was pre-approved but during our interview we were asked to submit further evidence of his US domicile. He was here to study medicine, but still maintain a permanent residence in texas. We also got married here in Manila last Jan 2006. We submitted the following :

- valid driver's license (texas state)

- Valid voter's ID

-Active bank/ checking account

-letters/mail etc to prove mailing address

- enclosed a US Medical Licensure Exam permit to attest that he is making concret5e steps to practice his profession as a doctor

- letters from his parish and Fil_American community inhis state of texas

-affidavit of domicile stating in black and white that he intends to reutrn and remain in the US in the unforreseeable future

-evidence of residence -( mailing address)

what do you guys think? Do you think we covered everything? We want to leave for the US together and not have him or me travel alone. With all the terrorist attacks and threats these days you just dont want to risk travelling alone or separated :( Help :help: Please reply
