I'm a little confused with estimates and timelines in regards to NOA1 and NOA2. My NOA1 was July 12. My estimate approval here on VJ was Sept. 20. It then increased by a few days, then a week or more then again to Oct. 20. The next time I looked, an estimate could not even be formulated due to the lack of recent approval/information.

Now the VJ historical data states " NOA1 files roughly 69 days ago(July 04) are now being processed. Sounds great to me, we are July 12th. However, that don't really Jive with the member timelines here. Basically no June CSC filers have their NOA2.

Also the NOA1 to NOA2 processing times list VSC at 75 days and CSC 69 days. From our members timelines that clearly is whats happening.

All info as of Sept. 12th. I know the graphs aren't concrete. So am I missing something?

No, you don't miss a thing at all.......we have both scenarios as a matter of fact but mine was filed one month earlier than yours.......It seems like the 5-6 months processing is IMPOSSIBLE at all because they are slowing down with the process for whatever reason that is I really really really don't know. Now the problem which hopefully won't happen is that.........after 5-6 months of waiting period and then they would ask for an RFE from you.......NOW that's really FRUSTRATING......But we checked on the uscis timeline and found out that there was a slow processing in the month of May that's why majority of June filers haven't got their NOA 2 yet as of present time. So all we have to do is just wait wait wait wait and hopefully we will get the results within this month. God willing. Praying and wishing us all the BEST OF LUCK... Just hang in there and we really need a lot of patience on this one........Goodluck to us All and God Bless.

Sometimes the service centers get busy...it's as simple as that.

Also, pay no attention to the notoriously inaccurate Igor's List.

The waiting is torture, isn't it? :clock:

Not all June filers were slow. Ours flew by. It was the luck of the draw, I guess.

This new system of sending everything to the Dallas Lockbox is running things in circles a bit. It sped some up, and slowed some down. Unfortunately, the VJ timeline system is dependent on the people who fill in thier timelines regularly, and when people get frustrated and don't fill them in, it leaves big gaps for those who are relying on the accuracy they provide.

Good luck with your NOA2. Hopefully you'll get it very soon. And when you do... :time:
