Hello all, I was wondering if I am in between the NOA1 and NOA2 of the I130 if it was possible for me to travel and live with my hubby until the process was complete or a little after. I was thinking maybe I could just continue my education over there(in kenya)attend college and when I receive my diploma than maybe we will be able to come to the U.S. together. This process is taking very long and from what I could tell, is that before it would take approx. 8-10 months or so to be complete and if the CSC is continuing to slow down than it will take even longer to complete. **My education will be complete in 18 months and if the I130 takes, lets just say 12 months than it will be complete almost around the same time (if everything goes as planned). Not sure on moving yet just need more information first. :star:

The questions I have regarding with moving is as follows:

*How will they determine if I make enough if I am not in the U.S. to fill out the AOS?

*Will we possibly get a better chance of everything getting approved?

*Can you change from a IR-1 to a DCF?

*If I were to get a grad degree in Kenya, would I be able to work with that degree in the U.S.?

*Do I have to wait for NOA2 before leaving?

Thanks to anyone that might be able to assist me in this process for deciding.
