My husband who is a Us citizen filed an i130 for me last two years.it was approved and we went through the NVC successfully.I got an interview date and attended, after the interview I was issued a 221g form and told by the officer that my filed is gonna be returned to the uscis.my husband and I waited for 6months after filing the writ of mandamus to sue the uscis and also expedite the process.last month we received a notice of intent to revoke and request for furthe evidence.we submitted more than enough evidence and it was reaffirmed within 22days and we were told that the case is being returnef to the department of state for visa processing.we contacted NVC and they told us it has been physically shipped to the US embassy in accra ghana.I confirmed that by tracking it on DHL website.what I want to know is when will I get the interview date.pls help.I'm missing my man badly!

Whoo Hoo, congrats to you. My case was just reaffirmed as well. Good news for Ghana. I am not sure how expedited the interview will be. We can only hope soon, that we dont have to wait in line like the rest since we already went thru it but time will tell. Keep me posted.

I dont know- but the wait for interviews in Ghana is very unpredicatable right now.

The CR-1 that was expediated recently was still 6 months out. The k-1s were all many months out. Since you have word it was shipped to Ghana maybe you will get a date soon. I guess you could email the embassy with your case number and see when you can get a date?

Best of luck.
